The performing arts is one of the most collaborative artforms. Our community facilitates collaborative, creative work that capitalises on individual strengths and collective wisdom. It involves shared values, reciprocal respect and trust that can underpin a dynamic and at times passionate and opinionated arts environment. How do we get the best out of our community? How do we make sure we’re working towards shared values, telling our stories effectively, and giving back to our community?
