February 2020 marked an important occasion – the first birthday of Arts Wellbeing Collective resource, Tour Well!

The team celebrated with a home-made cake at a recent Arts Wellbeing Collective design workshop.

Tour Well contributors, Kam Greville, Tracy Margieson and Matt Heyward cut the home-made cake!

Tour Well consists of practical, evidence-based tips addressing common mental health and wellbeing challenges that you might encounter while on tour, so you can better prepare, take care of yourself, and help support your mates on tour.

Since its release, we have seen the most incredible response to Tour Well:

  • More than 60,000 digital and print copies have been distributed worldwide
  • Positive feedback has been received from users in Australia, United Kingdom, United States, South Korea, India, Japan, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore and South Africa.
  • Tour Well is accompanied by Tour Well for Tour Managers, and will soon be joined by Tour Well Overseas.

WOW! What a brilliant resource for the thousands of performers, creatives and crew across the globe who make their living on tour! … A huge thanks to everyone at the Arts Wellbeing Collective.

What a fantastic and worthwhile tool to prepare people for the ups and downs of life on the road and beyond.

This is excellent. I have just started a new tour and was already beginning to experience some of these symptoms. Bravo.
