This session introduces ways of riding the emotional roller coaster of Covid with a well-oiled set of brakes.
We will look at how to build awareness and tolerance of our emotional experience and how to use it to better understand ourselves. One of the keys to doing this is developing presence. The session includes optional experiential participation.
Presented by Dr Louise Cooper
