Come and Try Yoga
Get out of your head and into your body with some simple movement and breathing exercises, suitable for all levels. This session will focus on using breath awareness to develop a range of self-care tools including mindfulness and stress release. Session facilitator Holly Norman holds a 200HR Yoga Alliance teaching accreditation, and is a drummer, percussionist and freelance arts manager currently working on the 2017 Melbourne Festival production team.

Having failed at her music degree, built a multi-million dollar consulting company then circled back to create the position of Associate Lecturer in Music (Entrepreneurship) at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music, she knows a thing or two about how to navigate a life that is artistically and financially sustainable.
