There will be stalls, activities, workshops, massages, a healthy lunch, and plenty of surprises. Best of all, the event is free to attend.

Come and Try Yoga

Get out of your head and into your body with some simple movement and breathing exercises, suitable for all levels. This session will focus on using breath awareness to develop a range of self-care tools including mindfulness and stress release. Session facilitator Holly Norman holds a 200HR Yoga Alliance teaching accreditation, and is a drummer, percussionist and freelance arts manager currently working on the 2017 Melbourne Festival production team.


Mini Health Assessments

Book in for a 10 minute health assessment with a university qualified dietitian or exercise physiologist (and health coach). Find out your measurements including blood pressure, blood glucose, total cholesterol, height and weight, BMI, body fat % and waist circumference. 


Pop Up Careers Consults with Susan de Weger

Susan de Weger thinks disruptive and revolutionary thoughts about creative careers. Having failed at her music degree, built a multi-million dollar consulting company then circled back to create the position of Associate Lecturer in Music (Entrepreneurship) at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music, she knows a thing or two about how to navigate a life that is artistically and financially sustainable. She is the founder of Notable Values and consults regularly to the Melbourne Recital Centre, Australian National Academy of Music and the Australian Youth Orchestra. More than anything, she loves working with fellow creatives to help them thrive on and beyond the stage.
